Job responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of frontline knowledge management strategy - Drive the evolution of knowledge content, architecture, and framework - Contribute to the development of knowledge management strategy - Ensure consistent, up-to-date, and accurate content is available to teams - Partner with other parts of ACC to implement knowledge governance - Use observation, data, and analysis to understand content needs

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
