Responsibilities

As the Lead Dentist, you will lead by example, motivating your team to deliver exceptional care and service to our patients. Your role will involve managing the practice to meet its objectives, ensuring a positive patient experience, and maintaining high clinical standards.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Dentist in Australia
• High clinical skills and standards
• Experience in Implants (advantageous)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Professional indemnity insurance

Location and Compensation

This exciting opportunity is based in Regional NSW, offering a picturesque tree change for the right candidate. The role comes with a competitive salary range of $350,000 - $450,000 per year.
