Epworth HealthCare, Victoria’s largest not-for-profit private health care group, is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering best practice patient-centered care, including day chemotherapy regimes and Apheresis services such as Stem cell collection. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position based in East Melbourne, Australia.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Completed the ADAC course
  • Previous management experience at NUM or ANUM level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability in financial management
  • Related Post Graduate qualifications (clinical or leadership) are desirable
