Job responsibilities:

- Administer complex insolvency cases and ensure compliance with statutory requirements - Provide expert guidance and support to ITS managers and teams - Deliver high-quality service to clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in law or commerce (or equivalent practical insolvency administration experience) - Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand

Skills:

- Deep understanding and ability to apply relevant legislation - Strong written, oral and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and information databases
