Our mission is to provide hassle-free conveyancing services, treating clients like family with exceptional service. Due to increased demand, we are seeking an experienced conveyancer or legal executive who shares our values to join our team.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• Proven experience in autonomously handling conveyancing processes from start to finish
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Comprehensive knowledge of procedures related to AML, RLWT, OIA, and other relevant acronyms
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and quick adaptability to new technologies
• Experience in non-standard property transactions like off-plan purchasing, subdivisions, and build contracts
• Passion for property law, confident communication, engaging demeanor, and a sense of humor

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in property law and conveyancing
