About the Role

As an experienced employment lawyer, you will become part of a Tier 1 employment and health and safety team located in Auckland CBD. You will work alongside dedicated partners and senior associates who are invested in your success. Your responsibilities will include advising on various employment matters, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in employment disputes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of PQE with experience in Employment Law. You should have a genuine interest in mentoring junior staff, be personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and leveraging individual strengths are key attributes for success in this role.
