Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Partner's emails and file correspondence in our Infinity system.
• Forward emails and inquiries to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Maintain organised client matter files and court pleadings.
• Handle dictation, typing letters, and managing communications.
• Assist with invoicing and maintaining the Managing Partner's calendar.
• Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in litigation.
• Experience with Infinity Law is a plus.
• Strong typing skills and experience with dictations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
