Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life and Identity Services Officers at Te Tari Taiwhenua - Department of Internal Affairs in Auckland. As a LISO, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless services across Passport, Citizenship, and Births, Deaths, and Marriages services to the people of New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Life and Identity Services Officers are responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness in processing requests, and providing exceptional service to meet customer needs. You will also be involved in supporting customers in transitioning to digital service platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates will have a service delivery-oriented mindset, with experience in customer service or administration roles. You should demonstrate the ability to follow operating policies and procedures, prioritize customer needs, and identify opportunities for service improvement. New Zealand Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
