Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator & 2IC at our carpet factory in Wiri. The role involves coordinating the team responsible for despatching our carpets to customers in an efficient and structured manner. As part of Godfrey Hirst, a renowned flooring company with a long-standing tradition of excellence and innovation, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate despatch scheduling to ensure timely deliveries
• Manage the despatch team in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor
• Oversee warehouse operations, including forklift operation and order picking
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to Health and Safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in despatch management software
• Full driver's license
• Forklift license (Counterbalance and Reach preferred)
• Knowledge of MPI requirements, AP accreditation is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
