Role Overview

In this role as an M&A lead advisory partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-caliber clients, providing top-quality transaction advisory services, and contributing to the firm's vision and growth. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in mentoring and leading a diverse financial advisory team. Key Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining client and referrer relationships - Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions - Identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships - Providing leadership and mentorship within the Auckland office - Setting annual budgets and work plans for the team - Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have: - Minimum of five years of corporate finance experience in a senior leadership role - Strong network and understanding of New Zealand's corporate finance landscape - Proven track record in client management and business development - Passion for working with clients and leading teams - Alignment with Grant Thornton's values and culture
