The Role

As a Senior Financial Accountant at Fullers 360, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and working closely with senior management. This position offers a clear progression path to the Financial Controller role, providing you with ample exposure and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities include financial accounting, budgeting, audit processes, variance analysis, and financial risk management.

The Candidate

Fullers 360 is looking for a qualified CA (or equivalent) with financial accounting experience in a medium or large corporation or a large CA practice. The ideal candidate will have a mindset for process and data excellence to support the company on its digital journey. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to implement process improvements are essential. Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps would be advantageous.
