Job responsibilities:

- Leading, supporting, and guiding the team - Providing strategic direction on the supervision of deposit taking entities - Leading industry engagement with supervised entities, industry bodies, and other regulators - Setting a clear direction and line of sight with RBNZ's objectives

Qualifications:

- At least 10 years professional experience in a financial institution, professional, or regulatory environment - Good understanding of financial regulation and supervision - Previous experience presenting at Board & CEO level

Skills:

- Proven leadership qualities - Strategic mindset - Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills - Relationship management experience at all levels across stakeholders
