Technology Risk Manager Full-time Job

Key points:

• Supporting day-to-day activities of monitoring, assurance, and reporting of Risk at AIA NZ
• Implementing and monitoring risk and control framework
• Contributing to business planning processes and reporting material exposures to Group
• Undertaking continuous business monitoring activities for the Risk Profile
• Supporting delivery of a control assurance program and managing Business Continuity Management requirements
• Driving and promoting a safe environment for Risk Management and Compliance
• Providing opportunities to grow within the business through internal mobility and competitive benefits

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in risk management, quality/control assurance, or audit in the financial services industry
• Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in a related business discipline

Job responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring the risk and control framework
• Delivering/ supporting an assurance program over the local adoption of risk-related policies
• Supporting governance structures and monitoring adherence to Risk Policies
• Developing relationships with teams across the business to support adoption of Risk Appetite
• Conducting business monitoring activities for the Risk Profile
• Supporting the delivery of a control assurance program and managing BCM requirements
• Contributing to Risk reporting requirements and ensuring timely submission of reports
• Driving a safe and open environment for Risk Management and Compliance

Qualifications:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in a related business discipline

Skills:

• Financial services knowledge and experience
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
