Manager, Early Resolution Service (ERS) and Frontline Full-time Job

About the Role

The New Zealand Law Society is looking for an exceptional candidate to join their Professional Standards (Regulatory) department in a leadership role managing the Early Resolution Service (ERS) and Frontline team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient resolution of complaints and reports, meeting statutory requirements as per the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006. This position involves leading and managing the ongoing development of the ERS and Frontline team, including training and coaching staff and contributing to strategic direction.

This full-time, permanent position requires strong legal qualifications, mediation training and experience, as well as exceptional people leadership skills. The ideal applicant should have the ability to prioritize, provide legal analysis, and offer precise legal advice when necessary. Strong communication skills are a must for this challenging and fast-paced role.
