Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:

- Manage and participate in SPA advisory engagement execution - Advise clients on purchase price mechanisms and deal value drivers - Analyze financial results of targets and support negotiations - Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics - Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CAANZ or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in professional services or financial analysis

Skills:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and teams - Passion for client service excellence and attention to detail - Strong analytical and communication skills - Understanding of business transactions and deal value drivers
