Job responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
• Collaborate with various professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Educate clients on mortgage terms, interest rates, and repayment options
• Maintain accurate records throughout the loan application process
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulations
• Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services
• Rights to work in New Zealand

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
