WM New Zealand is Aotearoa’s foremost materials recovery, recycling, and waste management provider, with a team of over 1600 members spread across 70 locations. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, we collect over 1,000,000 tonnes of waste annually and recycle more than 200,000 tonnes. Job Description

As a participant in the programme, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues, engage in Iwi initiatives, and gain exposure to different aspects of the business through e-learning, peer networking, and leadership development. At the end of the two-year period, graduates will transition into junior-level roles that align with their career aspirations and the company's needs.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this programme, you should identify as whakapapa Māori or be of Māori descent, have graduated within the last 12 months, and demonstrate a willingness to grow as a Māori team member. Fluency in Te Reo is beneficial but not mandatory.
