The Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor

Ford New Zealand is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee service and distribution of dealer parts at the Mt Wellington Warehouse in Auckland. The role involves maintaining safety standards, managing labor, optimizing warehouse productivity, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote OH&S practices
• Supervise hourly labor
• Manage warehouse productivity
• Ensure operational targets are met
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Supervise various warehouse activities

Desirable Skills

• 2-3 years of Warehouse and Logistics experience
• Proficiency in computer systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer service
