Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Brand Coordinator to join our team in Ponsonby. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, thrive in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the company's branding efforts. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact and be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the company's LinkedIn content schedule and reporting.
  • Proof-read and write articles.
  • Maintain branded templates and ensure their correct usage by Associate Consultants.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in all marketing tasks to enhance the Hunter Campbell brand.
  • Create and manage InDesign and PowerPoint templates for various content.
  • Record and edit video content for LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on Google Analytics data.
  • Coordinate and design the annual Market Insights document.
  • Assist in recruitment award applications.
  • Collaborate with the Events Coordinator on company events.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely execution.
