Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Customer Journey Mapping
• Generalist Marketing – including content creation and digital platforms
• Project Management
• Crafting Communications
• Facilitation of research and workshops
• BAU tasks – administration and events organization
• Confident with Data Analytics and reporting
• Technically competent with tools like Miro, Jira, LucidChart
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
