About the Role

As a Senior Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic collaborations to elevate partner brands to new heights. You will be responsible for managing relationships between cross-functional teams internally and external retail channel partners and brand owners. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing category and trade marketing activities, analyzing sales data, and developing marketing strategies to ensure your brands stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between partner brands and key accounts
• Define, measure, and deliver category success factors for your brands
• Create cohesive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
• Build strong brand identities to drive growth

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in FMCG grocery channel
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting
• Knowledge of grocery scan data and trade marketing
• Collaborative negotiation style
