A growth-focused privately owned business in New Zealand is seeking a passionate Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager/Product Specialist to join their team. This role involves supporting the sales team in selling pharmaceutical products and overseeing the marketing strategy for the company's growing portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products
• Managing product lifecycle from planning to execution
• Coaching sales team to achieve targets
• Creating resources to support sales team
• Collaborating with various teams including sales, warehouse, distribution, and customer services

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Marketing Degree or postgraduate qualification
• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Experience with e-commerce strategies and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel within NZ and overseas if required
• NZ residency or valid work visa
