About the Role

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager who shares our brand values. In this role, you will lead the execution of marketing initiatives to boost sales, engage audiences, and enhance brand awareness across various channels. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, customer-centric, and adept at storytelling. Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and retail channels is essential. This role requires proactive collaboration, autonomy, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.

Skills Required

• Formal tertiary qualification in marketing
• 3+ years of proven marketing experience (preferably in the outdoor industry)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Skills in Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience in Shopify, Meta, and Google advertising
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Outgoing personality with a knack for building connections
