Role Overview

In this role, you will lead large-scale web content initiatives, managing the process from inception to website launch. Your responsibilities will include producing short and long-form content, ensuring customer-friendly language aligns with the Kiwibank brand tone, and enhancing web customer experiences. Effective project management and collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential for delivering seamless content approval.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in a website, digital, or marketing role with a focus on copywriting and web content design. Proficiency in using Content Management Systems is crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are key attributes we're looking for.
