Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field - 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within fashion or lifestyle industries - Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred) - Strong copywriting skills and confidence with design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva - Familiarity with social scheduling tools such as Later or similar platforms - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Fun, engaging interpersonal skills with a knack for networking and relationship building

Job responsibilities:

- Social Media: Schedule engaging posts on Instagram and Facebook, write on-brand captions, and optimize content with hashtags, tagging, and peak posting times - Influencer Marketing: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values, within budget, and track performance - Email Marketing (EDMs): Create visually appealing EDMs for NZ and AUS audiences, highlighting key products and reporting on campaign results - Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for future improvements - Event Coordination: Support events such as store openings, sales, and VIP gatherings, creating collateral and assisting with logistics - Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Flo & Frankie innovative and competitive

Qualifications:
