Job requirements:

- Be a qualified Social Worker with a Bachelor in Social Work degree - Minimum three years demonstrated experience working with at-risk youth - Ability to engage, assess, and motivate youth at risk of poor outcomes - Efficient case management, evaluation, and record-keeping skills

- Bachelor in Social Work degree

Skills:

- Ability to engage with diverse cultural backgrounds - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Problem-solving and goal planning abilities - Ability to work with community agencies and service providers - Knowledge of Maori and Pacific Island cultures
