Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced WoF Mechanic with a positive attitude. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and excels in diagnosing and repairing various vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform WoF inspections and repairs
• Collaborate with the Admin Manager on job estimates, parts sourcing, and client updates
• Supervise and support the team to ensure high-quality work and efficient job flow
• Communicate effectively with technicians, monitor job progress, and provide assistance as needed
• Engage with clients and team members using excellent communication skills
• Utilize the SAM/Orion system for job management
• Conduct repairs, maintenance, and inspections on vehicles

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Extensive experience as a WoF mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Current and valid WoF license
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
• Effective communication skills with both internal team and clients
• Positive attitude and passion for working with people
• Ability to adapt to new systems like Orion
