Are you looking for a part-time position in a friendly and flexible work environment? NZ Skin Health, located in Howick Village with free parking, is seeking a dedicated receptionist/administrator to join our team. As a part of the east Auckland community, we specialize in screening for skin cancer, providing ongoing monitoring, and treatment under the guidance of our Nurse-led team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic reception, including answering phone calls and emails promptly
• Coordinate appointments and calendars for medical staff
• Work on scheduling surgeries and follow-ups
• Interact with medical insurances and the public health system
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Business Manager to enhance patient experiences and community outreach

Qualifications and Skills

We welcome candidates with a background in medical reception, but we value a fast learner with strong retention abilities. Key qualifications and skills include:

• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in technology, including Dermengine, MyPractice, and Xero applications
• Effective communication and a team-oriented attitude
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
