Role Responsibilities

As an Access Community Registered Nurse, you will work in the community, delivering services to clients, developing support plans, and mentoring support workers. You will collaborate with other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients, especially the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those rehabilitating from injury or illness.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should be a registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate.
