Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for patients, handling reception duties, and making bookings
• Providing patients with information on preparations and post-procedure care
• Liaising with Technologists regarding bookings and services
• Entering patient details accurately into our system

Qualifications and Skills:

• Healthcare or medical reception experience (desirable)
• Proficiency in Radiology software programs
• Strong personal and interpersonal communication skills
