We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Lead, Team Leader, or Coordinator in the New Zealand Health sector. This role is based in a multi-specialty theatre covering 5 surgery types, working with specialist surgeons and passionate nurses. Main Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a leader with empathy, adaptability, and a strong connection to the team and services provided. The ideal candidate will promote engagement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Essentials

  • Proven experience as a Nurse Lead, Team Lead, or Coordinator in New Zealand.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a surgical setting with post-grad certifications.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Clinical expertise in a specialty area of perioperative practice.
  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
  • PDRP Level 4 (Expert) or senior nursing PDRP.
