## Job Description

Contract Negotiation Services Ltd is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join their team. The successful applicant will primarily focus on utilizing Zoho, handling tasks such as updating member records, engaging with members, addressing account-related inquiries, and producing reports. Candidates with a keen understanding of data hygiene and excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, are preferred for this client-facing role. Experience with CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce is advantageous.

In addition to Zoho-related responsibilities, the role may entail various day-to-day tasks such as event management support, travel arrangements, mailouts, printing, scanning, minute-taking, and more as needed. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and other common office applications is essential. An interest in CRM report generation is a plus.

This is a full-time, office-based position at CNS in Ellerslie, Auckland.
