Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients through reception and telephonist duties
- Process listings and prepare them for release on various websites
- Handle the ordering of Certificate of Titles and LIM Reports
- Prepare Sale & Purchase Agreements and Auction Contracts
- Manage invoicing and receipting of Vendor Paid Marketing
- Process Sales contracts and release Trust account deposits through NZRET
- Provide essential administration support for the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate office
- Ensure AML Compliance and handle Annual Reports
Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Strong administrative skills with experience (Real Estate industry experience preferred)
- Familiarity with VaultRe, NZRET, and Campaign Track systems
- Proficiency in Ray White systems
- Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Highly skilled in IT
