Join Our Team as a Sales Administrator in Mt Albert

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients through reception and telephonist duties
• Process listings and prepare them for release on various websites
• Handle the ordering of Certificate of Titles and LIM Reports
• Prepare Sale & Purchase Agreements and Auction Contracts
• Manage invoicing and receipting of Vendor Paid Marketing
• Process Sales contracts and release Trust account deposits through NZRET
• Provide essential administration support for the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate office
• Ensure AML Compliance and handle Annual Reports

Skills and Experience Required

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Strong administrative skills with experience (Real Estate industry experience preferred)
• Familiarity with VaultRe, NZRET, and Campaign Track systems
• Proficiency in Ray White systems
• Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Highly skilled in IT
