Grinding Gear Games is looking for a proactive Merchandise Logistics Coordinator to manage the shipping and handling of physical items. If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy coordinating tasks efficiently, this role might be perfect for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing exports and keeping stock-take lists updated
• Coordinating with third-party delivery companies and constructing packaging
• Assessing and improving physical item processes
• Working closely with internal departments on various logistics needs
• Collaborating with printers/manufacturers and international partners

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or merchandising
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Full New Zealand driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the game Path of Exile
