About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Produce Assistant Manager at Henderson PAK'nSAVE. As part of a strong leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising the Produce Department, listening to customer feedback, building strong relationships with the team and leadership, collaborating with the Produce Manager to achieve department targets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

What We Look For:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supermarket or FMCG environment, preferably with knowledge of SAP. Experience in a Produce or Fresh Department is a plus. Excellent communication skills, reliability, honesty, and strong teamwork abilities are essential. The role requires working one weekend day, and candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
