The Roles

The role entails maximizing sales and minimizing markdowns through accurate forecasting, management of Open-To-Buy (OTB), manipulating store stock levels, and managing timely clearance prices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing an analysis that influences learning for the following seasons.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Merchandise Planning role within the retail industry, specifically within apparel. Some exposure to people management and the ability to lead and motivate a team is desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate should be analytical, highly motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
