Visual Merchandising Manager at Briscoe Group

We are looking for a talented and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Retail Operations team at Briscoe Group. As a natural leader with a flair for creativity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a visual merchandising strategy across our retail network to enhance our brand identity and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement a visual merchandising programme for our retail network
• Enhance the overall customer experience through visually appealing displays and layout
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices
• Ensure the visual merchandising strategy achieves revenue growth in store
• Develop guidelines for high and low density visual merchandising standards
• Consistently adjust strategies and visual merchandising to align with market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Retail and Business Management or similar
• 3+ years experience in a senior Visual Merchandising role
• Demonstrable industry knowledge
• Leadership experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Time management and task prioritisation skills
