Job requirements

- Experience in desktop/laptop support and working knowledge of Windows environments - Previous experience in a Windows 11 rollout would be beneficial - Strong interpersonal skills to support users during upgrades - Full driver’s license: own vehicle preferred (expenses reimbursed) - Ability to travel regularly and work on a rotating schedule

Job responsibilities

- Replace or upgrade desktop PCs and laptops with pre-staged Windows 11 devices - Assist users with login, file access, and application setup post-upgrade - Verify asset records and complete post-install checks - Provide basic desktop and peripheral support to ensure everything functions correctly

Qualifications

- Experience in desktop/laptop support - Strong knowledge of Windows environments - Previous experience in a Windows 11 rollout would be beneficial
