Job Description for Mortgage Advisers

We are currently seeking experienced Mortgage Advisers to join our expanding Mortgage team. As a Financial Adviser with Initial Money, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in making informed financial decisions, planning for their future, and achieving their financial goals. This is a work-from-home opportunity open to applicants all across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and needs.
• Provide expert advice on various financial products such as Mortgages, Vehicle loans, Personal loans, and Business loans.
• Leverage your knowledge of the Level 5 Core+ Lending Strand course to offer valuable insights on mortgage and lending matters.
• Create personalized financial plans tailored to each client's specific requirements and aspirations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry regulations and trends.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet company targets.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have completed the Level 5 Core+ Lending Strand course and possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their goals
• A proactive and client-centric approach
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Prior experience as a Financial Adviser is required, and candidates with a genuine interest in financial planning are encouraged to apply.
