### Responsibilities: - Provide technical advice to businesses in financial distress - Conduct fraud investigations - Offer financial and strategic advice through independent business reviews and appraisals - Develop 3-way integrated financial forecast models - Handle various restructuring, business turnaround, and insolvency tasks including voluntary administration, receivership, and liquidation - Engage in buy and sell-side transactions and forensic services - Lead formal appointments such as receivership, voluntary administration, and liquidation engagements - Work with a diverse range of clients across different sectors and industries

### Ideal Profile: - Background in Big 4 or Mid Tier firms in Restructuring, Transaction Services/Valuations, Deals Advisory, or Forensic services - 4-6+ years post qualification experience with CA/CPA/CFA certifications - Previous leadership experience in a professional practice/firm setting - Strong client and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel - Experience with big data management is a plus
