Reporting to the GM and sitting on the Havana Leadership team, you will focus on building Havana's presence in cafes, managing national accounts, and providing strategic direction to a team of Territory Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate café sales and technical teams
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage and coach Territory Sales Managers for field coaching and development
• Drive sales growth through effective account management
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for channel activities

Qualifications Needed

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• Strong commercial acumen
• Proven experience in coaching and team development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality/On Premise industry
