Join Us as Head Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our Housekeeping team as Head Housekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team to ensure that all rooms are meticulously prepared to meet the high standards expected by our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for excellence, and previous experience in a senior Housekeeping role within the hotel industry.

Position Details

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, reporting directly to the General Manager. Working hours are typically from 8:30am to 4pm daily, including weekends. The successful candidate will work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are ready for check-in by 2pm each day.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior housekeeping role in a hotel
• Preferably hold a Diploma in Hospitality
• Experience using Clarity PMS system will be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team
• Commitment to maintaining impeccable cleaning standards in all public areas
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
