About the Company:

Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead our team in Auckland. You will work closely with our Head of Sales – NZ to develop and execute growth plans, launch new products, and expand our market share in New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in-field sales strategy planning and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and suppliers
• Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to the sales team
• Identify business development opportunities and drive sales strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector
• Proven track record of delivering sales results and achieving targets
• Strong business acumen and commercial judgment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel throughout NZ and overseas if required
