Key Responsibilities
In this client-facing role, you will be tasked with supporting complex enterprise-level solutions for a range of clients, including prominent brands in New Zealand and up-and-coming mid-tier organizations. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with customer IT teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that support levels and SLAs are consistently met.
Requirements for Success
Core Skillsets:
- Security - Aruba and Fortinet
- Firewall support - FortiGate
- SD-WAN and/or WAN support
- Network switch & routing support
- Wireless network support
- Cloud network support (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience Needed:
- 3-5 years as a network and security engineer
- Strong grasp of security best practices in network designs and implementations
- Proficiency in advanced networking concepts such as SD-WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VPN, 802.1x, and spanning-tree
- Experience in cloud network support (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud connectivity
- Industry Certifications in Fortinet, Cisco, or Aruba technologies
