Job Summary: Night Manager Position

SOHO Auckland is currently seeking a Night Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours, maintaining high service standards, and upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the night audit process, including financial reports and guest accounts
• Oversee all operations during the night shift to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and operational activities
• Stay updated on hotel services and local attractions to assist guests

Experience Required

• At least 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or Night Manager in a hotel setting
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
