Job requirements

- Experience managing teams of diverse backgrounds - Sound knowledge of managing staff in Abattoirs, Food Manufacturing, or Industrial Cleaning - Physically fit and have a 'can do' attitude - Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of Health and Safety and First Aid (preferred) - Clean and current New Zealand driver's license - Current Police Check (Criminal Record Check) - Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Job responsibilities

- Manage site operations, mentor supervisors, and provide supervision to employees - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure compliance with regulations - Develop and review policies and procedures - Participate in daily cleaning verification checks - Control documentation and reporting of data - Lead by example and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Relevant experience in managing teams - Knowledge of Abattoirs, Food Manufacturing, or Industrial Cleaning - Understanding of Health and Safety regulations - First Aid certification (preferred)
