Senior Scales Technician/Manager Full-time Job

Key points:

- Paid Birthday Off - Company Vehicle (and fuel card) - Hourly wage between $50-$55/h - Flexible hours with a potential 4-day work week - Removal costs of up to $5,000 covered for candidates moving from out of town

Job requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scale Technician (10-15 years) - Management or team leader experience advantageous - Booking and liaising with clients - Meeting with customers and suppliers for business growth - Qualified Accredited Person - Clean full Drivers license - Ability to work un-supervised, run jobs, and train apprentices - Experience in fault-finding and maintenance work - Strong people skills and customer service orientation

Job responsibilities:

- Completing scale checks and calibrations - Handling administrative tasks - Checking in with customers and scales team for timely job completion - Ensuring operations are cost-effective and appropriate - Upholding integrity in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience as a Scale Technician - Management or team leader experience is a plus

Skills:

- Strong customer service and management skills - Ability to work independently and train others - Experience in fault-finding and maintenance work - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
