The Role

As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in developing clinical staff professional practice to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care. Responsibilities include assessing nursing staff competence, designing and delivering educational programs, and collaborating with the nursing directorate on projects to improve hospital nursing services.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent clinical knowledge
• Expert PDRP or working toward an expert level
• 2 years proven work experience as an Educator or similar role
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Postgraduate paper in health professional education is preferable but not required
