About the Role

As a Portfolio Lead at Health New Zealand, you will be responsible for managing contract portfolios, fostering collaboration within the organization, and implementing a national Pacific health commissioning framework. Your role will involve supporting the Pacific health budget and ensuring sound financial management and reporting systems are in place. This position requires working closely with various teams within the organization.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualification
  • Experience in managing contract portfolios
  • Proven ability to build financial management and reporting mechanisms
  • Successful partnership experience with Pacific Peoples Communities
  • Understanding of contract management in the public sector
  • Analytical and technical skills for data management

What You Will Bring

Fluency in a Pacific language is welcomed, along with competency in te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori.
