About Us

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with learners with complex physical, sensory, and behavioral needs. Our school provides education for students aged 5 to 21 years with intellectual and associated challenges, all of whom are ORS funded. The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Teachers, and Learning Assistants.

Position Details

• Location: Auckland CBD
• Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
• Settlement of the Therapists Pay Equity claim will result in a salary adjustment later in the year
• Start Date: Negotiable

Requirements

The ideal applicant will:

• Have a current practising certificate issued by the OT Board of NZ
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity and a commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
• Hold a current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
